I worked at WellCare as a contractor (Less than a year)
Managers showed great appreciation for the work the contract staff did. We were included in all company activities including holiday party. Great offices too with sweeping views of New York Harbor. If ambiance is important to you, this is a very uplifting environment.
There were a few administrative issues involving coordination between the corporate headquarters and the NY office but not out of the ordinary from issues I have seen elsewhere.
Advice to Management
Continue to care for your staff to the same degree that you care about the members. It matters and staff really appreciate being recognized.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WellCare (New York, NY) in June 2015.
Applied for a position via their website. Received a call from the recruiter describing the position and was set up for an over the phone interview with a director and manager. Over the phone interview was simple enough with me going over my resume and tasks done. Two weeks later, set up a face to face interview with three people, director and two managers. Pretty simple and straight forward questions. They went over what to expect etc.
