    Pros

    Work from home occasionally maybe

    Cons

This is possibly the worst upper management and HR I’ve ever seen. Management and HR look the other way at how the states are being managed. The turnover for middle managers is crazy. People just there one day and gone the next. No explanation.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WellCare (Omaha, NE) in August 2018.

    Interview

Screening call done by HR talent Manager. Thought this went well. She asked about my current role and what a typical day was like. Wanted to know why I left my prior job, etc.
