I have been working at Whiting-Turner (Less than a year)
I had a great experience working here. The higher level employees were respectful and wanted to help the interns learn. There were planned fun activities for us and other employees. The housing stipend was awesome. I decided not to work for them because I didn't want to be on the project management side but I recommend it to anyone who does. I think that anyone who starts full time and works hard, will be able to move up in the company quickly.
Didn't get to create relationships with other interns (other than on the few planned events) because I was the only intern assigned to my project.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in February 2018.
Went to a university career fair and first spoke to them just about myself. Prior experience and what I had to offer as a person. From there we set an interview that same day and they were just asking general questions about myself and why I chose the field I did. They were just looking for ambitious people who fit their company.
