I have been working at Willamette Dental Group full-time (More than 10 years)
The Pro Active approach to Dental health is very much in line with the prevention training I received in Dental Hygiene school. Many other positions I had required me to sell or promote dentistry and products as production of income for the office. I love the focus on prevention and education.
I have amazing benefits and I am considered full time as a 30 hour a week employee! Willamette provides well for its employees!
Willamette attracts a great number of truly caring and talented health care providers that are wonderful to work with.
I do not have enough time to work with new patients to do a full assessment, cleaning and oral health education. It causes me to experience stress when the time allowed is to short to provide the ideal care.
Advice to Management
Plan a realistic amount of time to fully provide care and education to newly on board patients to the practice.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Willamette Dental Group (Bellevue, WA) in June 2015.
The interview process was started with a pre-screen phone call with a recruiter, followed by a phone call with the clinical practices manager, which then leads you to an in person interview at the location you applied to with the clinical practices manager. All interviews were conducted professionally and any questions prior, during or after were thoroughly answered. You leave the whole process with an understanding of what they are looking for and what type of role you will be stepping into.
