I have been working at Windward full-time (Less than a year)
Management consistently expresses gratitude and praise for our work in many different ways. Example, many of us were recently rewarded with new iPads for passing professional certification exams. Not only did they cover the class costs, we improved our professional skills and personal worth; AND received prize rewards. And all this for just doing our jobs. It's leadership who deserves our thanks for their generosity, and for the positive encouragement that motivates us to achieve our very best.
I'll get back to this when I think of one.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Windward (Herndon, VA) in July 2015.
Very comfortable and informative. After a couple of phone interviews/screens, I came in and talked with the hiring manager and the CEO individually. We discussed the project I would be working on and specific experiences I had at my previous job that would make me a candidate. Relaxing and pretty straightforward. I felt a pretty good connection and got an offer soon afterward.
