    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Denver, CO) in October 2015.

    Interview

2 interviews --first was with the hiring manager and the woman who would eventually become my manager. 1st interview is very conversational--almost as if they are checking for a personality fit. 2nd interview was with all 3 lead gen managers. Given that I had non-traditional experience, I had to explain why I wanted to move into the corporate world, how I would stay motivated, what have I done in the past where I have had to use information to persuade someone.
