I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than a year)
They offer a 'remote' option for some employees
NO WORK LIFE Balance. Benefits are sub-par. No thought to increasing motivation by providing added benefits, i.e. summer hours or closing early during holidays. This does not exist. Poor management.
Advice to Management
Senior managers should seriously consider reorganization and changing the 'Culture'. This will draw better talent to this once prestigious company.
