I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 5 years)
They saw something in me and utilized all their strength to foster my contributions I brought to them. I came from Canon and they needed to know how to sell color. Training was impeccable. Their own University. Leaders the yr over yr growth exploded. Everyone was happy.
One. The two divisions, the equipment side vs. the business services side needed to come together a bit more, in my opinion. Then everyone wins!
Advice to Management
Doing great. Say hello to Paul Allaire, former CEO and a man I admired immensley.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Xerox (New York, NY) in February 2016.
First there was a phone call regarding the availability and then the recruiter called to inform me about the job roles and responsibility. Then, the team member had brief discussion with me on my experience and then went to ask me the tools i used the most.
