I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 3 years)
Friendly Coworkers. Nice Salary if you know your Stuff.
Facilities and cubicles are old. There is no communication between Upper Management and Local team. Turnover is high. There is no Professional development programs or training for Staff.
Advice to Management
Management need to communicate more and fulfill promises made to Staff.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Rancho San Diego, CA) in February 2013.
The Recruiter call me and 4 days later they I did Phone-screening Interview. During the Face-to-Face Interview there was a Panel of Engineers and the Manager. The process of interviewing was pretty laid back. I was expecting real hard core Technical Questions but it was just Random Questions on Fundamentals of Networking. The Staff is pretty friendly. Your Personality takes preference over your Technical Knowledge . If you have experience in Networking and your fundamentals are strong you will not have problem.
Reasons for Declining
I got a better Offered elsewhere.
