I have been working at Youth Marketing Connection full-time (More than 5 years)
I've been provided with incredible learning opportunities and access to the company founder Paul, in addition to upward mobility tied pretty closely to my quality of work and ability to take on more responsibility in addition to making my own opportunities.
As with any small business, there are trade-offs: basic HR systems, lack of retirement fund support, and a very close culture which creates relationship challenges

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Youth Marketing Connection (Washington, DC) in November 2016.
I applied end of October, had two phone interviews, then was invited for an in-person interview. They have a great culture and the employees really do enjoy their work. The team is small, so finding a good fit is really important to them. That being said, they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, what I liked doing in my free time, etc. The overall interview process was positive.
