Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Yum! Brands (Plano, TX).
Interview
Phone Interview with Hiring Manager focused on behavioral questions. Open and casual demeanor. 2 weeks later came in for interviews onsite - met with at least 4 people of various levels of Leadership. All seemed to go well and taken on a tour of the campus. They said they'd follow up in the next week (this was on a Friday) but now, 3-4wks later and still have gotten no follow up, update or feedback. In retrospect, I believe they aren't so much looking for the right answer to the screening questions but the right answers for their particular circumstances which can be a red flag for candidates and an impossible criteria for them.
