Employees rate Salt Lake City 6.8% lower than the overall average
I have been working at Zions Bank full-time (More than a year)
Zions Bank culture is second to none being that it genuinely cares about it's employees and will do whatever it takes to make them happy. It is a team based organization where each person knows their responsibility and does what it takes to make it happen.
The pay and base salary isn't as high as it should be.
Advice to Management
Continue to develop employees and do whatever you can to get them to the position they want.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Zions Bank (Salt Lake City, UT) in March 2009.
The interview process took over 3 months. With the human resource department being the first step. Then interviewed with a South Salt Lake County Manager, a North Salt Lake County Manager, a Private Banking Officer Manager, then two Executive Management Managers. They are not fast to hire. Be prepared for a long wait.
I stated my desired salary and they gave it to me. I should have asked for more.
