    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Zions Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The environment and managers are great. It's a family type work environment where everyone is out to help you instead of step on you.

    Cons

The management is a little too loose on their employees. They need to be more strict at times to make sure that everyone is working the same, and not having to pick up the slack for others.

    Advice to Management

To be in the shoes of your employees before big changes are made.. Some are not practical and make more work for everyone.

    Interview

Very easy going. They are looking for previous experience in the processing or banking field. Need to show a great personallity as you will be working with loan officers and Managers constantly.

    Negotiation

They set the pay scale out and I thought it was fair.
