I have been working at Zovio full-time (Less than a year)
Excellent benefits, team mentality, good coaching with a focus on growing you as an asset, openness to new ideas, reasonable with time off and unexpected occurrences, the list goes on. Extremely positive environment.
Company is changing direction to stay competitive and move with the times (a good thing because they'll not fold anytime soon). However, this brings a high level of anxiety to some folks and future employees must be ready to roll with the punches on a company-wide level (merging schools, changing operations at a high level).
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you do. I am extremely grateful to have found Bridgepoint and I look forward to moving ahead with the company, just remember to be clear with your employees as to what's going on so that they don't unnecessarily experience anxiety with organizational changes!

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Zovio (Denver, CO) in December 2011.
General interview questions relating to call center task and sales attitude.
Not great. I got the impression that I wouldn't get an interview if I didn't prematurely agree to a salary.
