I have been working at Zovio full-time

    Pros

Joining the Bridgepoint team has been amazing! There is noticeable positive energy throughout the building and everyone is focused on assisting students achieve their degrees. I have worked for other universities before, and none have come close in terms of a positive environment that makes me want to come to work each day! So happy I found this opportunity!

    Cons

I wish I would have found this company sooner! Communication can always be improved. Even though we move at a fast pace, it would be nice to slow down just a bit to make sure everyone is on the same page. Slowing down in the short term can help us speed up in the long term.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zovio (Tempe, AZ) in August 2018.

    Interview

I went through a recruiter. The first step was an introductory call to get to know me and what my expectations were of the job. After that was a Skype interview with the recruiter to make sure that I would be a worthwhile candidate. Then, the final interview was with actual managers from Bridgepoint, who asked more important questions directly related to the job and did some role play to make sure
