    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iQuest Group (Cluj-Napoca (Romania)) in August 2019.

    Interview

The interview with the HR was OK-ish. The girl was obviously new at the job and she kept writing things under the table, like she was hiding things. The technical interview was a bit lacking. They didn't gave any constructive feedback and one of the interviewer was looking like he was bored, snobbish with an air of superiority. I definitely felt like I don't belong there from the start. And that's OK. Even if I wasn't the right fit I believe that treating an interviewee with a little respect and empathy goes a long way. Overall I don't feel they are well prepared in this department.
