    Pros

Great opportunity to make money. Truly a pay for performance atmosphere. Management team is helpful and proactive. Work hard and get paid well.

    Cons

You have to work a mandatory Saturday. Most SMB's work more than 45 hours a week, and working on a Saturday is a huge negative. There would be better life/work balance if Saturdays were not required.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate the mandatory one Saturday per month.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at loanDepot (Brentwood, TN) in July 2014.

    Interview

It was a typical interview. I was expected to show my professionalism and experience in the industry. There was nothing about the process unique. The process only took a couple of days and then off for training.
