I worked at /n software as an intern (Less than a year)
Good pay, great location to live, reasonably nice people. Environment was good overall, and there weren't any red-flags as a long-term workplace.
No real feedback, considering this was an internship. I primarily did high-level support emails, unit testing, and bugfixes/reports.
Advice to Management
Engage employees? Like I said, very little communication from who was supposed to be my mentor. Felt like there was no room to actually work to the best of abilities.
