Cash salary sometimes feels slow to catch up to the market, but now everyone has stock options, which is a great benefit.

    I was strung along for a week and cancelled on the day of my interview (Friday afternoon, go figure). I could tell by the messaging they were looking for a reason to cancel. I don't understand contacting people you don't want to interview. Thankfully, I didn't have to make any arrangements or get a baby sitter. Had I invested money for such a low pay, and high turnover rate, I would have been even more upset about spending a week preparing for an interview that never happened.
