Franchise owner in Baltimore is down to earth and relatable. He is very understanding and flexible when it comes to scheduling conflicts. He has built an excellent team with the proper systems in place.
Can be messy work at times, but that builds camaraderie and character. Long hours, but overtime pay and profit-share make up for it.

They ask you most of the regular interviewing questions. Ask how you found out about the job and so on. Very short interview. its a manual labor job so nothing is really needed to prepare
