    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 10to8 (United Kingdom) in Feb 2021


    A three-round interview process, with the Line Manager each time, plus one of two different executives in phases two and three.

    At the end of the interview process, 10to8 analysed its projection and roadmap etc. and concluded that it wasn't the right time to hire on this position. I personally appreciated and respected 10to8's decision; I would much rather be declined from the start, rather than brought on and let go sometime later.
    I was also happy to accept their decision and move on (admittedly I had been lucky enough to receive an offer elsewhere) however the Line Manager offered to send me a token of appreciation, and in return for the time I'd spent during the interview process. I gratefully declined the first offer, but 10to8 insisted.
    I was very impressed with their kindness, compassion, and courtesy.
