I have been following 10up since long time and heard good things about 10up from my friends. I have checked opened positions from 10up website and applied to Senior Web Engineer position. Application form is simple and after submission I got email about my submission and "What to Expect" pdf file which explains everything about hiring process including various stages, who will take interviews, what kind of things they will ask. It's really good. They have asked to submit "Google Questionnaire doc" Google form. It has questions like, past experiences, remote working experiences and all. I liked the questionnaire because it helps anyone to understand the candidate. I'm telling this because I had an experience in hiring process previously so overall, I loved it. I have enjoyed entire hiring process. There are multiple stages. It helps me to understand more about 10up, people, culture, values and same for 10up too. Communication is exceptionally good. I always get regular updates from them about next steps.InterviewRemote working experience, WordPress development experience etc.
