A Commitment to Ongoing Training and Development
Our team members receive training and certification in the 120VC Portfolio Management Standard, valued at over $50,000 in the first year of employment and eligible for PDU’s from the Project Management Institute. These hours will soon count for CEU’s that can be used to complete college degree programs.
In addition to our internal training, our team members are encouraged to continue their professional and personal development through outside training, educational, and networking opportunities.

Unlimited doesn’t mean limitless, but it does mean flexibility and allows for some of that work/life balance we all strive for.
Our Sick Leave Policy reads very simply: If you are feeling under the weather stay home. If you are infectious, DO NOT go into the office! If you choose to work while out sick, we appreciate it. If you don’t, that’s probably a better decision.
120VC recognizes most major Holidays, with our team members at client locations following the holiday schedule of that client. If the client’s doors are closed you are at the beach!

The 120VC bonus plan is designed to reward all eligible 120VC team members who contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. It is based first and foremost on the company’s profitability, with distributions to particular Team Members based on accomplishments beyond basic job performance, for which we are all paid a base salary. The bonus is intended to recognize and reward the efforts of team members who rise above and make a difference.

First contact was with an HR representative and a brief phone screening. Next was a phone interview with the hiring account manager, then an in-person interview with a number of the leadership team.
