I have been working at 128 Technology full-time (More than a year)
Pros
-You will not find a better group of more intelligent working professionals at 128. The working environment is an excellent place to grow both as a professional and as a person.
-This company is going places fast! I strongly believe that working at 128 will propel my career, although no one here is simply riding the coattails. Every role at the company is considered crucial to the business, no matter what position you hold, your opinion will be heard and acknowledged. The executive staff takes the time to consort with all employees.
-Pay is great, as are the benefits. Its a work hard, play hard type of environment.
-The team atmosphere is wonderful. It's nice to work with a tight-knit company where everyone is working towards the same goal.
-Hard work is noticed and appreciated. I have had two bosses during my 2 years at 128 and they have been hands down the best bosses imaginable, both on a professional and personal level.
-There is a lot of room for growth here. You get to work with a lot of different groups of people with the possibility of expanding into multiple different roles within the company.
Cons
-This is not your average desk job. Things are fast paced and you are constantly surrounded by incredibly intelligent people that keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a dull, slow paced environment - you won't find that here.
-It is a highly collaborative office. You do have to be a team player to thrive here.
-May distort your perception of future jobs. It's a very laid back culture. I do not think I will ever be happy working in a strict corporate environment after working at 128.

Interview
I found the process to be quick, detailed and honest. I met with some of the most intelligent people in all facets of the business from marketing, to the product team and CEO.
