No cons. This is a business that expects you to put forth the necessary effort in order to conduct yourself appropriately for the position you're hired for. Employees work hard ... and play harder, when the time is right! I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty in April 2015.
1st. they have you take an assessment before they speak with you. 2nd if you pass you then have a phone interview with an RVP standard/behavioral questions. Then I had a face to face interview about a week later with pretty much same type of questioning. After that you will then speak with the EVP of sales in a phone interview. If you impress him you will be hired.
