they actually take in advice to help progress the company from anyone who has it bottom to the top, it is a great work environment, opportunity to progress inside the company is abundant, and the people around you care about your success. I started here a year ago with a plan to join a specific department and from that point on my management has worked with me to get to the point where I am and I have the exact position I desired.
you can not wear jeans everyday but you do get casual Fridays, and the donuts they bring in every single Friday could come with Starbucks coffee or something this place really has no cons in my opinion

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty in April 2015.
1st. they have you take an assessment before they speak with you. 2nd if you pass you then have a phone interview with an RVP standard/behavioral questions. Then I had a face to face interview about a week later with pretty much same type of questioning. After that you will then speak with the EVP of sales in a phone interview. If you impress him you will be hired.
