    A company that provides the necessary tools in order to learn and develop professionally and personally. A beautiful newly, renovated facility with an onsite gym, food options available for purchase, areas to focus and collaborate with your team away from the traditional workspace, comfortable places to share lunch with colleagues and play a little ping pong, or even to just sit in peace and quiet during breaks. Leadership across the company willing to support and mentor employees, no matter what level of an employee you are. An intelligent and caring CEO who maintains an open-door policy, who is regularly seen walking throughout the building chatting with employees, asking about their day or obtaining their opinions on how to grow the business together, as a team. There are weekly food trucks onsite and monthly fun engagement activities.     I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty in April 2015.


    1st. they have you take an assessment before they speak with you. 2nd if you pass you then have a phone interview with an RVP standard/behavioral questions. Then I had a face to face interview about a week later with pretty much same type of questioning. After that you will then speak with the EVP of sales in a phone interview. If you impress him you will be hired.
