    I worked at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    They were friendly and really taught me a lot of basics considering I had no college degree. I was fresh out of high school and this position was very helpful.

    Cons

    It's a techy environment in the IT department and there's a lot of menial tasks, but it has good pay-offs.

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (New York, NY) in April 2020.

    Interview

    I I interviewed once with a recruiter, second time with a sales manager, and third time with their sales directors. The first two interviews went awesome and had a good vibe with the guys. The 3rd, I thought myself went great, even though I had a car accident the night before. The directors and I both stated transparency, honesty, and a hunger for results were what we thrive for. A decision would have been made in a week, but COVID hit and the hiring was put on hold until the fall according to the recruiter. I still haven't heard anything, but get a job email stating they are hiring for sales reps. So I email him, and no response. They need a minimum of one year sales experience, which I won't even mention what I have. I just don't understand how a company that states they want transparency cannot even send an "I'm sorry email." That right there is reason for one to NOT want to work for this company.
