I have been working at 2020 Companies part-time (More than a year)
They Pay great for part time. You work from home, and the job is simple.
It takes a couple months to get the hang of all the reports that are mandatory
Advice to Management
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 2020 Companies (Fort Worth, TX) in November 2015.
I wasn't even interviewed. I was told to show up, the clueless recruiting manager spoke to me for all of 2 minutes about what they do, and then sat me down in a cubicle and told me to start looking for places to post jobs.
Was the opportunity just "not for you"? Write a "thank you" note anyway!
"Did you stumble through some questions? Did you fail to impress your interviewer with your knowledge of the company? Are there several things that were on the tip of your tongue that you were never able to express?"
"Job interviews are commonplace today, but there once was a time when the interview process didn't even exist."
