Candidates are taught how to interface with clients and finalize deals. As many people know in a leadership capacity at times it is a humbling experience. We put a heavy emphasis on personal development. Finally, upon completion of leadership tests and seminars, a candidate has an opportunity to be promoted to a Strategic Manager role and work directly with the president of the company.  Our Strategic Managers are also required to attend seminars to improve organizational skills like the Franklin Covey methods as well as the Ken Blanchard methods in Effective Leadership.  Most of all, since we feel if we are going to progress as a business, we must educate the individuals within the company to maximize their effectiveness.  This, in turn, will continue to push us to reach our goals towards greatness.

We started small with again a third telecommunications client and became there #1 Vendor nationally recognized for Quality and Performance.  November of 2013 provided yet again another chance to expand and diversify industries, so we moved to our headquarters to Farmington Hills, MI.  We believe the Michigan market will lead all offices in revenue and expansion as we have already done in all other cities where the headquarters was located.

    I have loved my experience working with 2313 Inc. The amount of time that is spent on my personal development is insane. They pay me to learn! I was so excited to be a part of this new Retail program. I love working with people face to face and I have learned so much about sales, marketing, working with customers, and management. Ken is by far the best leader I could ever ask to have. He puts in so much time to personally develop his people and that is not something I've found anywhere else. I will definitely continue to take everything in through my journey with this company and I can't wait to see what I have accomplished years from now with the help of Ken and the rest of the 2313 Inc team!


    No cons for me. This position is not for the lazy. It is performance based so it is all up to the individual to put in the work to grow. You must have a student mentality.

    Please keep doing the things that you are doing. You've helped me realize my potential and I can't wait to watch others follow suit.

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at 2313 (Farmington Hills, MI) in August 2016.


    I was encouraged by the phone call I got to set up an interview, saying that they were looking for someone to take a leadership role as well as that they were one of the "Best and Brightest" companies to work for in Metro Detroit.

    This is not the marketing I had in mind; this is door to door sales based 100% on commission. They give you a zip code and you have to go to all the companies within that zip code and sell them stuff. What if they don't want anything? Well, you don't make any money.

    Basically, the interviewer was trying to sell me on this idea the entire time and throwing in how much fun they had at the office to distract from what the job really is.
