The pay was great for me. I loved the snacks and the people are really friendly.
When I was there they seem to always be behind on any project. So everything felt it needs to be done today or the company will go under.
Advice to Management
Hire more people.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 2Checkout.com (Columbus, OH) in April 2016.
Interview process was quick and efficient. I applied online through ZipRecruiter, heard back in a couple of weeks and received a phone call to set up an interview. Interview was pretty standard, went to their headquarters in Grandview Heights, interviewed with 3 different managers, pretty standard behavioral questions and questions to assess knowledge of company. Received a call about a week later offering the job.
