Some nice people, and in my position I was given lots of freedom
Lack of vision, unexpected workload with many people working 80 hours week. Lack of willingness to try new technologies, methodologies, etc.
Advice to Management
Empower the employees, and gain focus
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 2Ergo (Manchester, England (UK)) in January 2012.
I attended a single interview with two people. The interview was not so much an interview as an invitation to present 'something' that would prove my credentials and suitability for the role. The standard interview questions were not a part of the hour that I spend there. As such I found the interview very open ended and not clear on what was being asked for.
