Great opportunity to make money right out of college or with little to no sales experience, training has gotten much better, fun work environment, flexible schedule, opportunities to be promoted since all management positions are promoted from within.
Must work most weekends, high pressure to put up numbers everyday, work most holidays, benefits are not great, not much vacation, no raises to base salary unless you get promoted, sales are very seasonal, must work long extended hours during the holiday season.
Advice to Management
Change the name. We sell premium equipment but the name makes everyone think we sell cheap used stuff.
Applied, had a phone interview and then a onsite interview with the district manager, then a phone interview with the owner, then the executive vice president also over the phone. Right after my interview with the executive vice president, I was offered the job. Whole process only took about 4 days start to finish.
