Everyone works really well together and helps whenever possible. There is a true sense of team and people really love working here. The leadership team is strong and listens to the employees.

    Interview

    My interviewing process was very ideal for my situation. Being at college meant I couldn't come in to have a face-to-face interview. They had me submit some work (videos, writing samples) to see if I would be able to offer any skill sets they wanted. I filmed and edited videos, and wrote blog-like posts along with the videos and sent them in. They would get back to me and offer different ideas on what they wanted next.
