I have been working at 3 Sons Italian Restaurant and Bar part-time (More than a year)
Great community and great working opportunity for highschool and college students. Great structured environment. Also a great chance to aquire cooking skills and home/commorcial uses of kitchen items.
Work conditions are to be expected in a full kitchen housing 6-8 working chef bodies. No real benefits due to it being a part time job.
Advice to Management
No real troubles. COmmon cleanliness around the work place, could be focused on more.
