Giving Back: We support giving back by helping those in need in the community. By using our creativity for good, we developed toys to help those living with paralysis rejoin playtime, created a meme for breast cancer awareness to get everyone talking about the importance of mammograms, and launched ‘the den,' an educational workshop for nonprofits, in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta to help nonprofits do even more good. We are supporting advancement in communications for underprivileged youth in conjunction with the Harlem Children’s Zone and Year Up, and are constantly challenging ourselves to do more good with charitable group activities and team outings throughout the year.

Our Space: We like to have fun. How much? We host monthly happy hours and birthday celebrations. Our Culture: We love finding reasons to celebrate together – on the roof, with family-style dinners, by hosting industry events and for all kinds of occasions. In summer, we have an all-day summer outing and we head out early for summer Fridays.

I have been working at 360i full-time (Less than a year)
As someone who was super new to the field/industry, my team was extremely supportive, transparent, and helpful into helping me transition into my role. All questions were welcomed, the entire learning process was engaging, and I really felt like I was apart of a team.
The free bagels, cold brew on tap, and great work-life balance are undoubtedly amazing perks but the culture here tops it off - being surrounded by positive, creative, and passionate people who are dedicated to what they do make 360i an awesome environment to walk into everyday.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at 360i.
I had to come in very early, before my other job, and interviewed with 4 people. There were 2 job openings so I spoke with 2 people from each team about the opportunities. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
