Mission: Change happens. We help you navigate it.
At 360i, we realize that if there’s one thing you can count on, it’s change. We also recognize that if you can master this change, the opportunities are limitless. In a nutshell, that’s ...
“This is such an energizing moment in time for our company and industry, with modern marketers seeking out the type of integrated expertise we’ve always believed in." Congrats to our Jared Belsky on his new role as CEO and our Sarah Hofstetter on her new role as Chair.

#RefreshTheTalk - Sparking meaningful conversations on the GRAMMYs Red Carpet.

Giving Back: We support giving back by helping those in need in the community. By using our creativity for good, we developed toys to help those living with paralysis rejoin playtime, created a meme for breast cancer awareness to get everyone talking about the importance of mammograms, and launched ‘the den,' an educational workshop for nonprofits, in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta to help nonprofits do even more good. We are supporting advancement in communications for underprivileged youth in conjunction with the Harlem Children’s Zone and Year Up, and are constantly challenging ourselves to do more good with charitable group activities and team outings throughout the year.
Our culture of curiosity challenges us to push the status quo and motivates us to keep pace with where technology and consumer behavior are going next. We don’t rest on our laurels. Our team and culture stand apart because we dare to think differently.
Our Space: We like to have fun. How much? We host monthly happy hours and birthday celebrations. And with offices all over the country, you can enjoy the views from the 25th floor terrace in New York, write copy in our cafe in Chicago, work from your desk-with-a-view in Atlanta, or catch waves in Los Angeles. Plus, our video production suite, state-of-the-art print studio and Innovation Lab are full of gadgets to spark your curiosity.
Our Culture: We love finding reasons to celebrate together – on the roof, with family-style dinners, by hosting industry events and for all kinds of occasions. In summer, we have an all-day summer outing and we head out early for summer Fridays.
Learning & Sharing: In-house training and professional development opportunities through 360iU, inspiring guest speakers, and knowledge sharing are core to the way we work.
Our Benefits: There are tons of benefits to finding a place you love to work, not the least of which is our month-long sabbatical program offered after 5 years on the job. We offer a competitive benefits package including gym partnerships, paid maternity leave, 401k plans and health insurance. Our twice annual career path discussions allow every employee the opportunity to define their goals and ensure they are on track for success.
I have been working at 360i full-time
Very relaxed and friendly culture.
There is sometimes not a great work/life balance.
I applied on their website. A few days later, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screen. She asked about my experience and told me a little bit more about the company and the role I applied for. She then wanted to schedule another phone call a few days later to discuss salary expectations. After the call, she sent me the job description. I immediately responded with days/times I would be available for our next discussion. Nothing. I sent two more emails in a two-week span asking if I was still being considered. I am disappointed that I wasn't given the respect of a simple "no", but I guess that's just how some companies conduct themselves.
