At 360i, we create groundbreaking work for clients like Coca-Cola,
NatGeo 'Genius' - Telling the story of Albert Einstein by revealing the man behind the mind.
Adaptoys - Revolutionizing playtime for people living with paralysis.
Canon Printers in Concert - Using 19 printers to orchestrate a seamless symphony performance.
#RefreshTheTalk - Sparking meaningful conversations on the GRAMMYs Red Carpet.
Converting Brake Lights into Rested Nights - Red Roof uses next generation technology to give travelers a break from the brake lights
NOLA Reverse Parade - Hosting a parade that went backward to ensure we keep moving forward.
Giving Back: We support giving back by helping those in need in the community. By using our creativity for good, we developed toys to help those living with paralysis rejoin playtime, created a meme for breast cancer awareness to get everyone talking about the importance of mammograms, and launched ‘the den,' an educational workshop for nonprofits, in New York and Chicago to help nonprofits do even more good. We are supporting advancement in communications for underprivileged youth in conjunction with the Harlem Children’s Zone and Year Up, and are constantly challenging ourselves to do more good with charitable group activities and team outings throughout the year.
Our culture of curiosity challenges us to push the status quo and motivates us to keep pace with where technology and consumer behavior are going next. We don’t rest on our laurels. Our team and culture stand apart because we dare to think differently.
Our Space: We like to have fun. How much? We host monthly happy hours and birthday celebrations. And with offices all over the country, you can enjoy the views from the 25th floor terrace in New York, write copy in our cafe in Chicago, work from your desk-with-a-view in Atlanta, or catch waves in Los Angeles. Plus, our video production suite, state-of-the-art print studio and Innovation Lab are full of gadgets to spark your curiosity.
Our Culture: We love finding reasons to celebrate together – on the roof, with family-style dinners, by hosting industry events and for all kinds of occasions. In summer, we have an all-day summer outing and we head out early for summer Fridays.
Learning & Sharing: In-house training and professional development opportunities through 360iU, inspiring guest speakers, and knowledge sharing are core to the way we work.
Our Benefits: There are tons of benefits to finding a place you love to work, not the least of which is our month-long sabbatical program offered after 5 years on the job. We offer a competitive benefits package including gym partnerships, paid maternity leave, 401k plans and health insurance. Our twice annual career path discussions allow every employee the opportunity to define their goals and ensure they are on track for success.
I have been working at 360i full-time (Less than a year)
As someone who was super new to the field/industry, my team was extremely supportive, transparent, and helpful into helping me transition into my role. All questions were welcomed, the entire learning process was engaging, and I really felt like I was apart of a team.
The free bagels, cold brew on tap, and great work-life balance are undoubtedly amazing perks but the culture here tops it off - being surrounded by positive, creative, and passionate people who are dedicated to what they do make 360i an awesome environment to walk into everyday.
I honestly don't have any cons to write.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at 360i (New York, NY).
One of the best recruitment processes I've experienced. The recruiter was knowledgeable about the role, authentic in her communication and passionate about the company. The process consisted of a phone screen and an in-person with 4 senior members. All were incredibly down to earth and I could tell they truly cared about their people. They were accommodating to my schedule and willing to work with me the entire way. I believe a company's recruitment process is a reflection into their culture so if they treat you well from the start, that's a good sign!
