We partnered with National Geographic and Verizon’s Oath on the first-ever programmatic VR campaign to promote the season two premiere of "MARS." For the first time ever, VR users saw ad placements for "MARS" in picture frames, on TVs and even on traditional billboards in gaming and social experiences — all within the immersive VR environment.
For the past 200 years, Mardi Gras in New Orleans has started the same way: At 5 a.m., The North Side Skull and Bone Gang leaves the Backstreet Cultural Museum and goes door to door, house to house, waking up the neighborhood and spreading a message of peace. As part of our ongoing “Leave with a Story” campaign, we partnered with documentary filmmaker Victoria Rivera to showcase the Gang’s journey – one of many timeless New Orleans traditions.

Giving Back: We support giving back by helping those in need in the community. By using our creativity for good, we developed toys to help those living with paralysis rejoin playtime, created a meme for breast cancer awareness to get everyone talking about the importance of mammograms, and launched ‘the den,' an educational workshop for nonprofits, in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta to help nonprofits do even more good. We are supporting advancement in communications for underprivileged youth in conjunction with the Harlem Children’s Zone and Year Up, and are constantly challenging ourselves to do more good with charitable group activities and team outings throughout the year.

I have been working at 360i full-time (Less than a year)
Leadership some of the best I've seen in my 15 year career. Constant push to innovate and improve the agency. Willing to invest in "start up" departments (voice, e-commerce). Genuine collaboration and camaraderie among staff. Fun, interesting clients makes for engaging work.
Many basic processes and procedures are still being defined and perfected; you'll have to be willing to "roll with it" and appreciate the larger picture.
Advice to Management
Play the long game - don't nickel and time in the short term at the expense of investing in growing capabilities. Looking ahead is what makes you great!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at 360i (New York, NY) in August 2014.
The process took about a week. I applied online and then reached out to one of the community management supervisor via LinkedIn to introduce myself.
I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview and met with three other community managers. The community managers were all very friendly and easy going. They asked me questions about my university and why I chose the major I did and how that got me to where I am now. I asked them about their experience working at 360i and what had been their most difficult assignments.
