Although pay was not that great compared to other similar companies, 3S pays for the housing meals, gas. So if you factor that in account, the overall isn't that terrible. It's a good place to start as a new grad.
Long working hours with constant and unpredictable schedule. You cannot plan things far ahead as you'd constantly be traveling or working in different states for different projects. It's draining after you do this for a couple months.
Advice to Management
Staff the projects with enough engineers so you don't end up burning your engineers and losing them.

The hiring is really very simple. The interviewer asked about a couple of things from my resume and later told me that the job requires a very high level of patience.
