Interview
The first meeting was in the office and I spent several hours speaking with their chief executive. I found him to be friendly and personable and at the same time extremely knowledgeable about the staffing and recruiting industry. One thing in particular that stood out was the chief executive’s ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and speak about his business with great humility even though he has accomplished so much already. The second meeting was a lunch meeting with the chief executive and the CFO. Again, it was a wonderful time and they have excellent, competent leadership. Overall this company is in a great position and poised to jump into big things in the future, primarily due to a forward thinking CEO.InterviewTell me about your staffing and recruiting experience.
