I worked at 4C Associates full-time (More than a year)
Below director level hard working people who go extra mile
Learning is encouraged as long as its free or delivered in house
Pizza every so often on a Friday.
Expected that you will be on site, even when not necessary. Travel policy from office is out of date for industry and an extra cost to bare in mind.
Salary on low side for industry.
Directors openly critical of each other and leader above them. Makes for an unpleasant working environment.
Pizza on a Friday, change it up now and then.
High turn over on workers who deliver.
Advice to Management
4C needs to identify as a company what it is. What is it they want to do, be known for that and deliver. Massive changes in direction appears ever few years according to existing long serving employees.
4C within the industry is not that well thought off.
Look after "all" your team not just the top few.
Develop the low grades.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 4C Associates in April 2015.
One case study interview and one manager competency interview. Competency interview was fairly straightforward nothing unexpected. Case study was again fairly simple, just some basic excel skills needed.
