    Pros

    6sense has changed dramatically (for the best!) in the past 24 months in large part due to a renewed focus on customer success and building product to support our customers needs.

    Leadership has instilled a culture that empowers people at every level to own their work. Employees at every level work incredibly hard and feel accountable to their peers and customers

    Customer success is #1. One of the favorite aspects of our "partnerships" is that the sales team remains involved post-sale to supplement the Customer Success, Technical Account Management and Data Science teams to provide best in class customer support.

    The product is very powerful. 6sense was the leader in the predictive analytics space and recognized a need to uncover more data for customers and also to create a platform that can activate data easier across email, display, web personalization, sales, etc....the new ABM Orchestration platform helped double the size of the 6sense customer base, revenue, team in 2018.

    6sense invests in its employees through annual field kickoff event in Napa, president's club for top performers.

    New office is big, open and promotes collaboration!

    Cons

    With the increase in quantity of deals, we need to find a way to automate the quoting/contracting process to improve deal velocity and free up resources.

    Application

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019.

    Interview

    I was introduced to 6sense through a referral and found the process to be very fast, efficient, and educational in terms of better understanding the product, job requirements, team, and company culture.

    The hiring manager explained upfront the process and interview steps, which involved 1:1 remote/video interviews (each 30-60 min in length) with 5 other senior leaders throughout the organization. They were very flexible with scheduling and super responsive to my questions throughout the process, which took about 3 weeks in total.

    The interviewers came well prepared with questions, so it's important to have done your homework on the company and the market! I appreciated the thoroughness of the interviews and process, as it showed me that the organization was as invested in finding the right fit as I was.

    Having received and accepted an offer, I can say that the interviewers were upfront and honest about all facets of the company, market, and position - zero negative surprises since I started, but many, many good ones.
