    I have been working at 7Factor as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I don't think there's been a single week I haven't received some kind of specific, positive feedback, and not in an off-hand way. My supervisor has twice called me for no other reason than to do that. You will definitely feel appreciated here.

    The company also has a policy of regular "lunch and learn" style knowledge sharing. I think it's a great way to not only get that knowledge but to also find out where your coworkers know interesting things that might not have come up in a project yet - but will.

    This place is growing like crazy. If you like to work on a single thing for 5 years straight, it's not the place for you. If you like to work on new things a lot, it will be.

    Cons

    Some "rescue" projects for new clients have crusty, low-budget code bases. In some cases you have to be prepared to help get something over the finished line that was written the opposite of how you'd do it. Pretty par for the course, but just saying...
