    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 99 (Singapore (Singapore)).

    Interview

Had an initial HR screening round where I was asked the usual questions about work experience, education, etc. Was selected for the next round where I was given PM problems to solve. The aim of this round was to test analytical thinking and problem solving.

While the interview itself was a good experience - the person on the other side initially seemed like a nice guy - what put me off was the fact that they did not have the courtesy to reply telling me they wouldn't be going ahead with my application. It would take less than 2 mins to just shoot a canned email informing the candidate instead of just ignoring emails. Quite unprofessional.
