I worked at 99 Restaurant & Pub full-time (More than 10 years)
very structured, good training, good opportunities, good food, high standards , meet very good people
some things are a little much less freedom to be creative, executives lost the personal touch with who were are as people, its the staff that creates returning guest and when they loose touch of that you loose yr guest sometimes its not procedures it the personal touch that makes a difference its caring and they lost that and listen to the staff there not stupid some have great ideas.they don't train to be personal they train more on the sale but i get it, its a business, but that is just my opinion i like a personable server that is what makes me and my family always go back to a restaurant
Advice to Management
your staff works the battle lines listen and don't be afraid to give a little no matter what the bottom line is sometime that will come, the numbers cant hurt, let managers manage not become workers and that has started to become a trend
