- Friendly Coworkers
- Tipped on Takeout
- 50% off meal when working, 25% when not.
-Always busy, time goes fast.
-Opportunity to advance as a server if desired.
- Insurance is pretty much a no-go
-Starting pay is minimum wage
- Many people in the building are lazy and don't do their fair share of the work.
- Hard to get a raise.
Advice to Management
Fire the ones that need to be fired. Everyone is replaceable, especially the bad ones. Make sure people do their side work correctly. More discipline is needed overall.
