This company exhibits a very close family atmosphere where the management team is very approachable. There are huge growth opportunities at any of our locations from entry level positions to experienced middle management and labor positions. We work with very dedicated & loyal employees. A+ offers a good benefits package, a short commute for area residents and professional and personal training if applicable.
Although the building could use some cosmetic assistance, the company continues to reinvest in goods and services that will grow the business which is not a con in and of itself but most employees typically prefer to work in a building with new furniture for example and some fresh paint on the walls.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at A Plus Group (Marlboro, NJ) in January 2011.
The super visor was very nice and asked about my past experience. Since I didn't have experience in the related filed, I purposely addressed my skills and education background to convince him that I was ready for the position. The workplace is built on the second floor of a warehouse, I dressed professionally on interview day but the supervisor was wearing jeans while he was interviewing me. Great place to work if you like stability and small organizations.
