I have been working at A Wireless full-time (Less than a year)
I have seen many people post negatively about district and store leaders. I have amazing ones I am a dedicated and hard working rep and my store and district leader are not afraid to celebrate successes. My location is clean and well stocked and we routinely sell more phones than a city 30 mins away with 4 times the population.
No access to billing info and limited issue resolution channels. If I have to explain one more time that I cant access and explain a customers billing issue I will die =(
Advice to Management
Demand an expansion of our ordering system to include more channels for problem resolution
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at A Wireless.
You apply online with resume, and then you gey the oppurtunity to take an exam, if you score well you get a phone call from the manager, you then come in for real interview 1on1 or 1on2 with the store leader and district leader.
