I have been working at A&E Agency full-time

    Pros

An excellent place to work. You are surrounded by hard working individuals that all share a common goal for success. Some of the best people I've ever had the chance to work with. The training is all done with a buddy system and is second to none. The commission structure is excellent and the opportunity to make money is unparalleled. The company seem to be investing heavily in their support functions and have an incredibly dynamic, "can-do" attitude. Senior management have all come from grass roots so their knowledge of the industry and market is impeccable. They are also approachable and always willing to get involved if you come up against any issues. The career structure means there are no barriers to progression.

    Cons

Yes, you have to work hard to succeed but if you don't realise this before going into recruitment then it's probably not for you anyway.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. The goal has always been to be number 1 and i hope that the strive for growth continues.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at A&E Agency (Manchester, England (UK)) in December 2016.

    Interview

Average, informal and a good chat regarding the full job role before accepting offer. Got to meet the team I would be working with after the 1:1 interview. Competency based questions based on recruitment.
