I have been working at A&E Agency full-time

    Pros

An excellent place to work. You are surrounded by hard working individuals that all share a common goal for success. Some of the best people I've ever had the chance to work with. The training is all done with a buddy system and is second to none. The commission structure is excellent and the opportunity to make money is unparalleled. The company seem to be investing heavily in their support functions and have an incredibly dynamic, "can-do" attitude. Senior management have all come from grass roots so their knowledge of the industry and market is impeccable. They are also approachable and always willing to get involved if you come up against any issues. The career structure means there are no barriers to progression.

    Cons

Yes, you have to work hard to succeed but if you don't realise this before going into recruitment then it's probably not for you anyway.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. The goal has always been to be number 1 and i hope that the strive for growth continues.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at A&E Agency (London, England (UK)) in October 2015.

    Interview

Assessment Center which involved multiple candidates applying for various recruitment positions with various managers. They were 3-4 steps which involved presentations which are fairly straight forward, they are looking for people who are confident and are able to speak in front of everyone clearly and confidently.
