I worked at AAF full-time (More than 8 years)
Good work life balance. Pays well and good office location.
Terrible sales. They haven't had any good volume of orders in years. Always wondering if you would wake up one morning and the doors would be closed
Advice to Management
Put some people with industry knowledge in management positions.
I applied online. I interviewed at AAF (Hudson, NY) in December 2016.
They walk you through the production floor and warehouse, usually on a group interview basis. And then bring you to an office to be individually asked questions. Then if they offer you the position, which most likely they will because it's an unskilled jobs, they will send you to get a drug test and have you fill out paperwork for a background check. After everything comes back good they bring you in for orientation and usually the next day or that day you work.
