    THV11 and the Arkansas Foodbank are celebrating the 17th year of the Summer Cereal Drive! Our 2017 goal? 500,000 boxes! That's the amount of cereal that will help feed hungry children in Arkansas for a whole year! Last year, a record 330,000 boxes of cereal was donated, feeding children throughout central and southeast Arkansas all the way through February!

JIM BOTTIN At our core, ABC is comprised of a powerful executive team, all with years of fitness industry experience. Founder and Chairman Jim Bottin entered the industry in 1974 when he opened his own martial arts studios, which soon expanded to a successful chain of 13 fitness centers. In 1981, Bottin created ABC as a solution to the billing and software needs of his own clubs, allowing him to remain more focused on his members’ needs.

    I have been working at ABC Financial full-time

    Pros

    This company pours into it's employees like one I've never seen before. If you have the right attitude and effort, they invest in you back. Great company culture with a casual dress code, Food Trucks on campus often, game nights, family atmosphere and more! A very stable and strong company to work for that invests in it's employees heavily.

    Cons

    This is a fast paced environment, if you're not willing to adapt quickly to change then you will get left behind.

    Advice to Management

    I love our new review structure and process, thank you for implementing this! It's a great way to get constructive feedback more often.

    Was contacted by the internal recruiter. Had a 30 min phone screen with the recruiters. Then a 30 min interview with the VPs. Then an onsite interview with the product development teams. Then a second onsite interview with executive teams.
