    Sometimes the culture can be too overwhelming for some long hours and hard work are the norm and there is a unspoken pressure for everyone to work long hours and work harder than where I experienced at other firms
    Sometimes roles and responsibilities can be unclear but this is more a reflection of the state of the company

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the amazing work. Management is the reason Abiomed is so successful but there eventually needs to be a realization that the pace is not always sustainable long term and be aware of natural slow-down and bumps from your employees. We are all dedicated and motivated but sometimes we collectively are just exhausted and need a minute to catch our breaths
