I worked at ACCESS (MI) (Less than a year)

    Pros

Worked as a PT tutor. Didn't engage much with the people in their office as I was placed in a high school to report to for tutoring. But the encounters I had with the organization went well every time. The people there, esp in the HR Dept, were very chill and were awesome!

    Cons

Not much to report. Maybe offer the PT employees bit of a higher pay but I know that as a non-profit they are under budget restraints.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ACCESS (MI) (Dearborn, MI) in October 2015.

    Interview

I applied. I was contacted promptly. They asked a series of situational and personality questions. It was a friendly interview. The process to interview me was short. The process to offer me the position, however, was approximately a month long. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy-going interview. I was able to use my experiences that were unrelated specifically to the position to help answer the interview questions.
