    Talented staff don't last because they are overworked and frustrated.

    Advice to Management

    Implement some change management procedures and policies. Staff seem to make change decisions without analysis or planning.

    There was an initial phone call with questions and then an interview. I received an offer a few weeks later. The interview was with three project managers. Their HR staff is very friendly.
