ConsYou must have good multitasking skills (just be organized, its a lot of papers) The workspace is pretty open. Not much privacy. The clients can make the job stressful, but do the best you can.
Advice to ManagementPlease be patient with most of us. They are trying their best with a small team.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ACERTUS (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2021
InterviewInterview process was fairly easy, the first interview would be a phone screening with a talent recruiter, then a 2nd interview via zoom with 2 other people that are Directors. This lasted about an hour. My interview with them was great, I didn’t get and bad vibes or anything, they felt really good about the interview and was extremely pleased. Next is a 3rd interview which is in-person. This interview I met with a VP and another Director. Again I felt really good about the interview, I felt as if I nailed all of the questions and I didn’t get any negative vibes at and it lasted about 30 mins. I thank them and left. Over all I thought I nailed it and was sure that I would get an offer! 2 days later received an email that they was going with another candidate. I honestly was surprised, I replied back to the email, once again thank them for the opportunity and also ask for any feedback which I never received a response from.
