Starfish Story

An old man walked along a shore littered with thousands of starfish, beached and dying after a storm. A young boy was picking them up and flinging them back into the ocean. “WHY do you bother?” the old man scoffed. “There are too many. You can't possibly make a difference.” The young boy picked up another starfish and sent it spinning back to the water.....

“I made a difference to that one”.

When asked WHY....

How will you reply?

I have been working at ACES full-time (More than 5 years)

I have never worked for a company that was so passionate about their employees and actually has values that they uphold. All of my Supervisors take the time to prep me for success by caring about my goals. I believe one of the reasons I am passionate about my job is because of the way I was trained and introduced into the field.

The key to this job is to be passionate.
